Sunday, October 10, 2004 Tired man... Its like I got hit by a bus or something...
Saturday morning woke up late but actually wanted to go for a swim in the morning. Gee, it was raining in the morning and thus I was held back. After the rain, waited for a whole few hours before deciding to go for an afternoon swim instead... with no sun since I wanted to get a tan too. But... sigh.. In the end, the sun managed to peek out for a while when I was about to get off the pool... Geezz.. Had quite a blast at night as I was invited by a good friend of mine to sing karaoke with him. So, midnight, went to Chinatown, looking around for KTV with good rates. Damn, K-box and K-ster have killer rates in the night. We rocked the house with our...eh...out of pitch voices inside the room. Picked up a few Mandarin songs and had fun til late night. Well, I searched for 'I Like That' and sad to say, there wasn't a song named that. Oh well, but did have fun singing F.I.R songs and how can we forget the best song that tops the charts, Alex Toh's "Tuo Diao". We kept singing that song over and over again. Man, I really like this song. No wonder it tops the charts. But during that song, some one came and collected the bill so we just stopped and continued after he left. Whahahaha~! So high that night. Reached home about 4am plus and I was totally beat. Walking from Chinatown back to Redhill then taking a cab. Due to not having enough sleep, I yawned the whole time today. Was really tired. Took a nap inside the youth room of my church and it was a great nap. Night time again was quite a blast. Played badminton with my church mates and there were about 20 people there. First time that I ever went out with so many people to play badminton. Some of them showed great improvement over this few weeks, argh, I felt like a lackey. Walked to Tamp to catch the MRT home and I heard some sad melacholic tune made by a harmonica. Walked closer to the devastating music and I found an old man playing it. He was well and fit, think he was doing some donation. Almost emptied all my spare change to him for making me teary - eyed with that sad music. Tears almost flow as I thought of the past. Tomorrow, work again! Work work! | |
