Monday, December 06, 2004 Oh well, its been a while since I last blogged, its either I'm plain lazy or just couldn't find time to do it. From Friday til then end of this week, I had loads of activites coming right up and guess what? Its school re-opening next Monday!! Yes, its back to polytechnic!! Its been a while, since I last had lectures... Hmm, maybe 9 months at least? 9 months no lecture, no food from FoodCourt 6 and not to mention, not logging into the Blackboard. When we finished internship, some administration systems had changed and got me confused. Outdated man, outdated.
Speaking of internship, I had quite a low grade and was expecting a bad response from mom since she opens the mail but later she asked me 'Why get a *my grade*?' Then I replied that maybe I wasn't good in communicating then she did not say anything after that. Things that I expected to be bad didn't turn up THAT bad, but when I expect things to go smooth-sailing, disaster strikes... hard. Could be acts of God or acts of human which both I wouldn't really comment on them. I guess thats how people came with "Life is full of unexpected things" quote or something. Went on scouting with my group at Marina Bay for my project. The whole process was quite alright, just that we walked some distance and the weather got more humid by the minute. Went to Marina Square and had Burger King. Ordered this offer meal for 2 and drank the Sprite with this shot that made the whole drink blue. Tasted quite weird though. Then Esplanade library, I napped awhile then went to Orchard after that for some window-shopping. Saturday wasn't too bad. Wanted to go for a swim but the weather didn't permit. Oh well. Then got bored at home. Called my friends out after some hesitation. I was quite shocked as I usually get negative responses from them. Then out we went to Bugis then to Orchard. Later on, my other 2 friends wanted to meet us so we met them for dinner as I didn't see them for quite some time, then chatted and crapped. Sunday I skipped church and went for some seminar my friend told me. I really did not want to comment much on that. Today went with my friend for some gym session. Basically, I became rusty and couldn't lift the weights which I could last time. Real long time didn't visit the gym for some workout. But I could use some extra push. Push and motivate myself. Swim and run. Train and beef up myself. Well, I'm going to have the session again on Wednesday and my eldest cousin wedding on Saturday. My mom's basically nagging me to get some new clothes as I was told that I'm going to open the bride's car. Oh man. I also did that for my second eldest cousin wedding. Red packet again, but its better than nothing. | |
