Wednesday, April 06, 2005 Its been raining a hell lot these days and the weather really cools and chills me to the bones. After school ended, I have like got 1001 things to do but I seriously do not know where to start. Yikes! Looks like alot of planning is needed before I head into NS. First off, I managed to really sit down and relax and not think of school stuffs last weekend. I must say, it feels empty once all the projects had been cleared. And of course, more time for myself, the things I need to do and for my family and friends. The rain almost killed my plans for the Sunday and Monday. Supposed to have outdoor sports on Sunday but it rained... heavily. Badminton for indoor sports later on. On the lighter note, I did manage to have a good swim, got my hair cut (Its seriously, friggin' short now!) and watched a movie. Miss Congeniality 2, in my opinion, doesn't really sums as a fantastic show. Pretty straight foward storyline (VIP captured, heroine from the FBI rescues VIP). Of course, a touch of humour inside this movie but it wouldn't really capture the focuses of the audience. 78/100. On other news, I got a copy of Dynasty Warriors 5. The reviews claimed this game sucked but to me, those are complete bull. An unjustified score of 6.8/10!? Heck, I bet they didn't try it no more than 10 minutes. It really got me glued to my TV for hours and I'm not even halfway through. I visited my grandmother last Sunday after I heard she had some problems with her kidney. Months ago, she fainted and the doctors told my relatives she couldnt live for more than 5 years because of an ill condition. She has diabetes for years. Now, after suffering from kidney problems, with only 5 percent of the kidneys working, she couldn't live for more than a year... My aunt managed to persuade her into Christianity years ago and I'm glad for that. My grandma spoke days ago to my aunt that the Father is asking her to go back home. I was shocked, that was the most unexpected thing I heard from grandma. I guess, if thats the case, then I would be happy for her as she would go to a more happier place. Church on Sunday was quite ok but one of the pastors' son fainted and just fell his whole body towards the chairs, pushing them in front. Not really a common sight as alot of people, yes ALOT of people were needed to carry him. With all these recent news, I say goodbye. Tomorrow would be an eventful day! Going to my poly class chalet! | |
