Back again from a rather short week in NS. Gained 2kg cause had a feast with my friends last week. Pizza! Ordered a party fiesta for 6 when only 4 of us were there. This week I didn't exercise at all, because I'm on status. Sprained my left ankle badly one morning while running to the cookhouse. Yeah, meal IC sprinting for the platoon and a rather short one at that. So, I'm on excused Running, Marching, Jumping, excused Heavy Load and excused Boots. So I booked out in admin T shirt and booking in with admin T shirt too!
